Welcome to Made at Moithan. It all started in 2019, when we were inspired to create a business that would help get maximum quality, grass-fed lamb out to customers. Our goal was to create an environmental success story by providing an outlet for rare breed meat, and we’re proud to say that our flock has since achieved minority status and is no longer considered rare.
Our founder (Molly) comes from a farming background and has owned her farm for 20 years, so it’s no surprise that sustainability and environmentalism have always been important to Made at Moithan. As we expanded our venture, we knew we wanted to continue to prioritise these values, one of which was putting Pembrokeshire on the map as a hub for local, sustainable produce and top quality lamb produce.
We’ve worked hard to build a more environmentally sustainable business, and we’re excited to share our journey with you. By showcasing local lamb produce, reared in a holistic way, we hope to inspire others to join us in our mission to create a better future for our planet a well as a culinary delight proving that we can have great taste whilst still showing enormous respect to nature.
